    Before you use the troubleshooting guide, please try following the tips below to make sure the download/installation is in proper start before continuing further.

    • Download the latest version of MyWebSQL from either MyWebSQL homepage (http://mywebsql.net) or from Sourceforge.net (https://sourceforge.net/projects/mywebsql)
    • Make sure there are no errors in uncompressing the package. If you get any warnings/notices, then you probably have a corrupt download. Try re-downloading the file from sources mentioned above.
